Element provides cost effective category 1 elevator testing solutions for your building. The annual category 1 testing is required by TSSA on all public buildings. Some companies may charge you for annual testing however with our preventative maintenance contracts all our clients receive the CAT 1 elevator testing for free.
Category 5 Testing
Element provides the most cost effective and fully licensed & approved elevator testing in Toronto. You can rest assured that element will provide safe, well trained technicians to perform your testing. The CAT 5 elevator testing is required by TSSA every 5 years on any public elevators. Companies can typically charge over $5,000.00 CDN for this test to be performed.
